We will be hosting a series of weekend retreats this year.

Saturday Meditation 週六禪修

Half Day Meditation session conducted by our the resident and guest teachers.

The session will be starting at 10am sharp, finishing at 12.30pm. Practice will involve a Taichi moving meditation to warm up our bodies, ease into a guided meditation, and then finish off with silent meditation after some tea.

  • Schedule:

           10:00am -10:30am Tai Chi Qi Gong

           10:30am - 11:15am Meditation with instruction

           11:15am - 11:45am  Break and morning tea 

           11:45am - 12:30am  Meditation and Q&A

           12:30pm Lunch

  • Fees: By Donation . 
  • Everyone is welcome

Feel free to stay for a vegetarian lunch and consider giving a small donation to support us.

Please bring a plate of vegetarian food to share.




Samantabhadra's Repentance 

At the end of every month we partake in the practice of repentance in
accordance Samantabhadra's practice in the Lotus Sutra. Repentance acts
as a way for us to both to reflect on our actions and to see their emptiness.

Through the former we contemplate the karma of our actions, their
consequences, how we may improve, and how we may reduce our karmic bondage.

In the latter we see that the true nature of karma is without substantiality,
that there is nothing tying us down, and that we are totally free in our
fundamental state.

  • Date: Last Sunday each month
  • Time: 9:00am - 10:00am
  • Fees: Donation is appreciated.

Healthy Body and Mind 早上禪修與運動

Morning Tai Chi Qi Gong, meditation, and walking meditation

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. From 10 am to 11.30am.

Qi Gong for 30 minutes, Meditation for 30 minutes, and walking meditation for 30 minutes.

  • Time: From 10 am to 11.30am.
  • Fees: Donation is appreciated. 
  • Everyone is welcome.  




Morning Meditation

Morning meditation practice on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

  • Time: From 6:30am to 7:30am. 
  • Fees: Donation is appreciated. 
  • Everyone is welcome

Night Meditation

  • Evening meditation practice on every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
  • Time: From 7pm to 8 pm. 
  • Fees: Donation is appreciated.
