MEDITATION AND TALK ON FAITH IN MIND.
Explore the intricacies of meditation, your own mind, and the classics of Buddhism through “Faith in Mind”, a classic poem that
encapsulates the essence of Zen and the practice of meditation.
We have been for so long tangled up in our prejudices, biases, and views that without them we don’t even know how to get by. But as
the Faith in Mind reminds us, when we learn to put these distractions away we start to reveal the wisdom resting deep in our own minds, and
find a more authentic way of living.
Ven. Hui Chyuan, an authentic Zen monk and teacher at Bodhi Chan Meditation Centre, will begin to teach this text every Thursday night
starting on the 25th of May.
The session will be starting at 10am sharp, finishing at 12.30pm.
- 7pm to 8pm: Talk on Faith in mind
- 8pm to 8:15pm Break time
- 8:15pm to 9pm Meditation
“The Supreme Way is not difficult.
If only you do not pick and choose.
Neither love nor hate,
And you will clearly understand.
Be off by a hair,
And you are as far from it as heaven and earth.”
- Faith in Mind
If you want to explore in depth the practice of meditation and how to incorporate it into your life come join us every Thursday night as we
