The best part: you choose which activities you take part in. If you just want to sit and meditate for the entire weekend - you can do that.
If you want to work on your tai chi movements all day - you can do that too.
All these teachings are given to you free of charge by monks and instructors that know first hand just how much happiness is possible.
The only requirement is your willingness to let the daily grind go for the weekend, unwind, learn how to be mindful, and leave the retreat center with tools to help you stay mindful and present in your daily life.
