Weekend Qigong Retreat


Join us for a nourishing weekend of Qigong, meditation, and mindful.

Qigong is a gentle, meditative practice that harmonises movement, breath, and awareness, cultivating vital energy for a healthy body and mind. This retreat offers both practical instruction and contemplative depth, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What we’ll explore:

  • Theory: Qi, meridian pathways & the musculoskeletal system
  • Practice: Warm-ups, Opening the Gates, and the 18 Brocades form• Meditation: Chan (Zen) practice

When:

  • Saturday–Sunday,  
  • Feb 28th – March 1st
  • Each day: 9am–4pm

Cost:

  • $200 (includes vegetarian lunch)

Silent Retreat Day

We hold silent retreat days on the last Saturday of each month consisting of 3 morning sessions and 3 after session.

There will be no instruction so it may not be suitable for beginners and attendees must be present for the whole day.

Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm. Lunch: 12pm - 2pm.
Format: 3 morning sessions and 3 after sessions (sessions consist of 50min sitting/10min walking).
Things to bring: Lunch will be a shared meal, so please bring a plate of vegetarian food to share.
Space: Maximum 10 participants so please book early.
Fee: By donation.
